UK DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS!

We aim to fulfill deliveries within 1 working days of receipt of payment. Payment must be received before orders are processed and dispatched. For orders up to the value of £125 we use Royal Mail 1st class signed for.

For orders over £125 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

For deliveries to the EU we use a combination of Royal Mail and their partner companies depending on the item size. Royal Mail typically takes between 5-7 working days but this is subject to customs delays and not our responsibility if it takes longer than expected to fulfil the delivery. All buyers outside of the UK are responsible for paying relevant import duty and taxes associated with the total order value, we are only responsible for paying the postage/transportation cost.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS

For deliveries to the Non EU and Rest of the World we use a combination of Royal Mail Royal and their partner companies. Royal Mail typically takes between 7-10 working days, please email us at admin@dobsonfinejewellery.co.uk to enquire about your postage options if not specified on the order.All buyers outside of the UK are responsible for paying relevant import duty and taxes associated with the total order value, we are only responsible for paying the postage/transportation cost.
