You’ll receive an estimate for your watch, and if you’re satisfied, we offer free collection at your convenience for customers in Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Shropshire.
Alternatively, we can send you the packaging to use our free, insured postage service to send your watch to us.
Upon receiving your watch, it will be inspected at our premises by our watch expert. For certain models, such as Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe, we also consult independent specialists when the correct paperwork is not available, ensuring we obtain the most accurate market value for your watch.
We will provide you with a final offer. If you accept, payment will be made via bank transfer within 24 hours, depending on your bank. In certain cases, we can offer cash payment, in which case you’ll need to schedule a visit to our showroom to collect it.
