With a combined 55 years of experience, we have built a global network of buyers who are constantly seeking high-end jewellery and watches.
Best of all, there is no risk to you. Our brokerage service includes:
• No insurance fees
• No photography fees
• No marketing or advertising fees
• No small print or extra terms and conditions
• You remain the owner until the item sells
We use our state-of-the-art De Beers/GIA-approved Diamond Screener to check for treatment or lab-grown diamonds. Once completed, we assess the colour, cut, and clarity.
We begin with a Watch Register search, then verify the serial number and paperwork to date the watch and ensure all components are authentic and original.
We use serial numbers to check for authenticity and assess the overall quality of the item, along with XRF scanning to verify the authenticity of precious metals.
Using our state-of-the-art equipment, including XRF scanners and GIA-approved diamond screeners, alongside traditional techniques such as serial numbers and registries, we ensure all components are authentic and original. Once we’ve assessed the item, we can provide you with a no-obligation appraisal.
Once the items have been valued and appraised, we can discuss and agree on a realistic retail value and selling price, allowing us to sell the piece(s) on your behalf—on our website, in our showroom, and to our extensive network of private buyers across the UK and overseas.
To meet the high standards of our online store and showroom, we may need to repair or refurbish your items. This process includes thorough cleaning and polishing to ensure the piece meets our quality standards, to gain maximum exposure to potential buyers.
Once your items have been cleaned and polished, we have them professionally photographed at no cost to you, showcasing them in their best light and at the highest quality online.
We charge a commission based on the final sale price of the item, after costs and associated fees.
Once the item is sold, we will transfer the payment directly into your bank account, as soon as the buyer’s 14-day cooling-off period has ended.
Case Study:
Our Client had received offers from other dealers and jewellers ranging from £9,000 – £12,000. Through our large customer base we were able to provide much higher offers and pay the client £13,500 directly into their bank account after fees.”
